Event Manager

Event Manager must be clubbed with some other post as it is event-based. But this requires beforehand planning whenever an event is coming. His/Her proper communication with all the members of the club and the faculty advisor is essential.

Responsibilities#

  • Organizing the orientation ceremony.
  • Booking event venues (assembly hall or swimming pool) by drafting and sending official letters to respective authorities.
  • Overlooking the roles of all the members during events.
  • Decisive actions during events with chairperson and faculty advisor lie under his/her commands.
